WCNS focuses on the individual child. We value the importance of each child fulfilling his or her potential. Children learn the basics of being away from mom and dad, becoming accustomed to school routines, trying new things, making new friends, and having FUN!
 

Learning by Doing

The children at WCNS are active participants in their learning. Teachers engage students in many different experiences including cooking, dramatic play, science, finger painting, listening, dancing, counting, and sharing.

Children are encouraged to make their own choices and are guided in problem-solving techniques. We are dedicated to providing opportunities for children to develop self-esteem and self-confidence through respect for each other and the school's environment.
 

Teaching Through Experience

The experience level of the teachers at WCNS is unique. Our teachers have been at WCNS for an average of 15 years, and many of our teacher's own children have attended the school. We take a team approach and offer students two or three lead teachers per classroom. Each teacher brings her own teaching style, strengths, and fun-loving approach to the classroom.
